Issue with Document Comparison Feature on Premium Account

I am facing an issue while trying to use the document comparison feature. The tool is not working and is showing the following error: “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'overallCoherence')” Even after upgrading to the premium plan, I am unable to access this premium feature. Kindly look into this matter and advise on the next steps to resolve it at the earliest.

Hi, I uploaded only 3 documents, but my available credits dropped from 50 to 6. Could you please clarify how credits are calculated—specifically, how many credits are consumed per document upload, and whether additional credits are used for parsing tables, images, or during chat interactions? Understanding this will help me evaluate the credit model better and make an informed decision about upgrading to a paid plan.
