Issue with Document Comparison Feature on Premium Account

I am facing an issue while trying to use the document comparison feature. The tool is not working and is showing the following error:

“Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'overallCoherence')”

Even after upgrading to the premium plan, I am unable to access this premium feature.

Kindly look into this matter and advise on the next steps to resolve it at the earliest.
